This program is supported in partnership with Nashville Realtor Aisha Fayne, a licensed Realtor® with eXp Realty, who brings years of real-world real estate investment and transaction experience helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the housing market.

After building a portfolio of rental properties and flipping homes alongside her husband, Aisha became a licensed Realtor with a passion for helping first-time homebuyers feel informed, confident, and empowered throughout the process.

As a Nashville resident for over 27 years and an At Home With Diversity Certified Realtor, Aisha is committed to serving clients from all backgrounds with professionalism, fairness, and care.
